Term 1, Week 1

We have had a wonderful first week back in Room 14.

Happy birthday to all our students who turned five over the holidays.
The children in Room 14 have enjoyed investigating the different areas and activities in the classroom.  They have already shown passion for reading, writing, maths, construction, art, PE, music, science and drama.
We have enjoyed getting back into the routine of our weekly swimming and PMP sessions.
On Friday we did a statistical investigation about how many letters are in our names.  The shortest name in our class has three letters and the longest name has eleven letters.
We also worked really hard when presenting our work to write the letters in our names correctly.
Come and look at our lovely name caterpillars hanging up in the classroom.
Have a happy long weekend everyone.  See you on Wednesday.

  2. Looks like very busy week! Thanks for all your effort and photos. Every evening I am looking forward to seeing a new message on Seesaw. It's amazing I shouldn't wait until the end of the term to look at Dina's work.
