Happy Birthday to Eden who turned five years old this week.
We had a wonderful first visit to Big Air Gym on Monday. We were so proud of all the children and the way they gave everything a go. We have some super gymnastics stars in Room 14.
For maths we have been learning our facts to five. To help us we sang the 'rima raki raki' song and made some pictures and number stories about the song.
On Wednesday we worked hard using our fine motor skills to create some colourful name collage pictures.
On Wednesday we had a performance from the Tawa intermediate kapa haka group. Room 14 were an amazing audience.
We have continued to have a lot of amazing Investigations happening this week. It has been exciting to see the children working collaboratively and reinforcing their learning through new activities.

This week for Friday arts we focused on our fine motor skills and shapes. The students created their own unique newspaper cat art pieces.
Robyn, Joe and Tania are so lucky to have so many gymnasts, mathematicians, writers and artists in Room 14. Well done everybody!
